Hello once again and welcome back. Yesterday, I mentioned that I was creating a logo for my home media streaming service. This service, which I call, Otisflix, is simply a media server that I stream tv shows from when at home. For my daily art post, I figured I would share my concepts page.
Often times when I am working on a logo, I’ll create a concept page. In this file, I’ll just throw everything at the wall to see what sticks. As Aaron Draplin says, vectors are free. There is really no reason to delete anything in the concept file. Keep everything and make more. It isn’t unusual for me to have several artboards full of graphics.

This is just the beginning. Before it is all said and done, I’ll have several of these pages. My final logo will more than likely be a “Frankenstein” monster, consisting of pieces from several concepts. Just keep exploring and see what you can create! I’ll probably take a break from posting about this until I am closer to a final. Do you have a favorite? Let me know what you think, I would love to hear from you. Until next time, so long everybody!
